At Appleton Yoga Fusion we know that sometimes 95% of the effort in a yoga class is getting to it, with career and family obligations, there never seems to be enough time, but we assure you if you take the time for a yoga class the benefits will be well worth the effort. 

We have a warm and inviting yoga studio, where the students and teachers are friendly and supportive; the practice is accessible and convenient with 1 hour classes throughout the day to fit into your hectic schedule.  Yoga classes are a time set aside to care for you, to increase the health of your body, mind, and spirit. 

We truly believe yoga is for everyone and we provide a place where the whole family can take yoga classes; we offer yoga classes for adults and teens, children's yoga classes.  We also offer yoga workshops, private yoga sessions, yoga teacher training, and yoga retreat days.
